Today I’m going to show the BEST way to get abs. All you have to do is follow these 2 simple rules.

#1. Focus On Body Fat. Don’t worry about how much you weigh. The trick to raise the amount of muscle and losing body fat. Some people get upset because their weight won’t go down, yet they are fitting better into their clothes.

Get your body fat tested and reach for a lower number. Losing body fat will cause the belly fat covering up your abs to show. Watch the video to learn more.

#2. Stop Working Out Your Abs. Gasp! I’m saying quite the opposite from what you might be doing right now! It’s ok.

    Question please! Why do i love to train hard one week and go on low carb diet then blow it off the next with a binge of carb loaded nutrients like ezekiel bread and organic pancake mixes n stuff like is my body crying out for another source of protein or something lik beans n I don’t really eat meat n i smoke pot so i hav to focus on portion control cuz thats where i fail :(what do you think

    When you go on a low carb diet you’re depriving your body from a nutrient that it needs to function at it’s best… carbs.It’s also the reason why you’re going back and forth with your diet. Because you go on a low carb your body will automatically crave carbs to fix the balance and you end up in a binge.Instead of going on a low carb eat unprocessed carbs like potatoes, sweet potatoes, & beans.Control the munchies! :)

    Yes, it’s a matter of balance, don’t deprive yourself with any main food groups. It takes a bit of trial and error but once you’ve found it try to stick to that eating plan.

    Yes you need to focus on body fat but still you still need to focus on ab training , your not gonna have a fuly developed abs if you don’t train them at all. Yes compound movements helped cut you still MUST train your abs or what will happend is when you cut your body fat down you’ll just look skinny and maybe have a decent body but your abs will still be behind because you recommend to train every body party besides your abs . Which your other body movements lack if you don’t have a strong core

    honestly some people just don’t have big ab muscles.. some people need to workout there abs for them too show. like me , I have a lower body fat percentage but I have moderate arms and chest but my abs barely show.
