    I don’t do scales, mirrors or pics…I absolutely notice my fat loss in the way my clothes fit…or don’t actually…i’ve had to make three extra notches in my belt and my pants slip down anyhow and my shirts are beginning to balloon on me! Thank you David. It doesn’t seem like enough to say but truly Thank You.
