Sandra the other day (one of my training clients) was at the grocery store.

    more substance please. less saying the same thing for 5 minutes. give some examples. talk about what kind of vegetables are better than other vegetables and meats etc.. and why. just constructive criticism. It’s nice to see someone doing what you’re doing. keep it up man.
