Sandra the other day (one of my training clients) was at the grocery store.
She got confused and called me over something I’m sure most people go through when trying to “shop healthy food.”
She asked me whether to buy “low fat” foods or “low sugar” foods.
She was wrong to ask me both questions because it didn’t follow my rule the BEST possible food you can eat for fat loss and fitness.
It wasn’t even close!
Oh, and it’s not x supplement or some crazy drug from another country. It’s pretty simple actually and can make a HUGE difference in your fitness lifestyle if not being done already.
Like I said earlier, this one change can really make the difference.
