    I am a 50 year old lady who has been struggling with this weight issue for ever. I am so happy I chose David to coach me. We started the third week of June, and so far I have lost 26 pounds and keep losing inches by the week.

    I chose the P90 exercise program which is a little bit easier for an old lady like me. David’s encouragement, diligence, tips and videos have made this possible.

    My life have dramatically changed, my health is better, I have more stamina, and I am totally sure that I will achieve my final goal, to lose a total of 50 pounds..

    Hi, I am the 50 year old lady who started eating right and exercising last June. Here I am, seven months later and I have lost 60 pounds. Did the P90 program twice. Now started to do P90X and I am loving every minute of it. I will lose my last 10 pounds for a total of 70.

    Again, David’s tips and videos helped me tremendously. His program is awesome. No mimics, no lies. I just can’t say enough about his commitment to help you out and the encouragement he gives you every step of the way.
